Getting to Know Creekstone
Tucked into the growing Pine Creek area near 210 Avenue SW, Creekstone ranks among Calgary's newest southwest neighbourhoods — a master-planned pocket where subdivision streets give way to ridge lines, ravines, and open Alberta sky. The first homes closed in the early 2020s, and builders are expected to keep releasing new phases through the late 2020s.
What sets Creekstone apart is how close nature sits to the front door: the Pine Creek corridor, protected wetlands, and a network of pathways thread through the neighbourhood, with Sirocco and the Rocky Mountain foothills visible just to the west. It feels far removed from the city, yet Stoney Trail and Macleod Trail keep the rest of Calgary within easy reach.
The housing mix here was planned deliberately, spanning front-drive detached homes, laned homes, paired homes, and townhomes built by Brookfield Residential, Excel Homes, Trico, and Daytona. Buyers can expect pricing to start in the low $500Ks for townhomes and laned homes and climb past $800K for larger detached homes and ridge-lot estates.
School catchments are still taking shape, so many resident families currently attend nearby Silverado and Pine Creek-area schools — it is worth confirming assignment by exact address before you buy. Creekstone tends to attract buyers who value brand-new construction and trail access over a short downtown commute. For comparison, take a look at Pine Creek, Silverado, Belmont, and Yorkville.

Hudson, Within Creekstone
Within Creekstone, Hudson stands out as a nature-focused pocket where a large share of homes back directly onto the Pine Creek corridor and its pathways rather than a neighbour's fence. Most new construction here comes from Broadview Homes and is frequently sold builder-direct instead of through MLS, so if Hudson catches your eye, get in touch and we'll keep an eye on availability for you.
