What's Tribune Bay?
Tribune Bay has one of the only true white-sand beaches in BC — most BC beaches are pebble or rocky. The bay's curved shape, shallow water, and sand make it Vancouver Island's most photographed swimming beach. Tribune Bay Provincial Park.

What BC taxes apply to waterfront purchases?
BC charges Property Transfer Tax (1-3% sliding). Foreign Buyers Tax (20%) applies to non-resident purchases in designated areas.
