Belleville Waterfront

On the Bay of Quinte where the Moira River meets the bay — boating, trophy fishing and walkable waterfront in the heart of the Quinte region.

Overview

Where the Moira meets the bay

Belleville sits at the mouth of the Moira River on the Bay of Quinte in southeastern Ontario. Much of the city's waterfront lines the bay, with pockets of riverfront running north toward Cannifton — a mix of detached homes and condominium developments linked by walkable waterfront trails.

Midway between Toronto and Ottawa, it's a full-service city of around 55,000 that still trades on its water: marinas, parks and the long Bayshore trail.

Waterfront here spans bayfront condos and townhouses in the South Front area to detached homes and riverfront properties, generally well below comparable Lake Ontario or GTA pricing.
