Kelly brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience across Western Canada, specializing in industrial, office, retail, land and investment property. Known for a straight-talking, client-first approach, he has guided buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through hundreds of transactions. Based in Calgary, he combines deep local market knowledge with a network that spans the western corridor.
