Lake Bonavista is meaningfully closer to downtown via Macleod Trail or Deerfoot — typically 18-22 minutes peak, and the upcoming Green Line LRT Anderson station extension will make Lake Bonavista even more accessible. Auburn Bay is steps from South Health Campus and the 130 Avenue SE retail corridor.
